How It Going? It's the New Verse!

Hey! Having a nice summer? Today's is Ecclesiates 3:1. "To every thing there is a season, and a time to every purpose under the heaven:" This is reminding the more impatient Christians that God has everything in order. You can't just go barging into the White House and demand the President to resign so you can put a Christian leader in his place. That won't work. God has a plan for everything. He knows how we're going to do our jobs as adults. He knows how we're going to grieve when we have that relative pass away. He knows how we're going to jumping up and down squealing when we win a competition or a really cool new phone. He knows everything that is going to happen, and it's going to happen as He planned. We can't change the sequence of events God has laid out for the future. We can't know what God is planning so...DON'T TRY! Sigh, please don't. It's embarrassing. God won't let a man take credit for "predicting" when He is going to come back. He'll come back at a time and date that He has planned. We have lives that we think have no order. Nothing is random. God made us do that or say this or think that because that's part of His plan. He planned for us to mourn, but if we stay faithful, He has a time for us to laugh. He has a time for children to be born and a time for others to die. He has times where you can gain and where you can lose. The verse after this one give an entire list of things that God has a certain time for. the verse afterwards asks, "What can you get from working at a time God doesn't want you to?" The answer is nothing. You can get nothing from disobeying God except punishment. He is your Savior, your Commander in the battle to save souls, your Prince that will rule the world, and your Best Friend. If your down, just pray. It helps. I broke down after a personal issue and after praying I felt better, but then Satan desided to strike me with doubt about God's goodness. I prayed again and God kept Satan away from me that night. I'm glad. I've felt Him keep my mouth shut. I really wanted to ask my mom a question, but God didn't want me to, so the only thing I could get out of my throat was, "Mmmm". I tried to say "Mom" but it wasn't God's will. If you submit, you'll feel God's presence. You'll feel His gentle prodding or sometimes a sudden realization of a flaw that needs to be fixed. I have more of the second choice than the first since I have a tendency to shove the prodding aside. You may be different, but trust me. More importantly, trust God. He'll help you in ways you never thought He would. There is a time for everything. There is a time for you to submit. Is it your time to give God your life?
