Hey! Finally, the New Verse!

Hey! If you looked at my new blog, you'd see that I already updated it. I meant to update this first, but I accidentally clicked on the link on my brother's iPod. Oh well. I'm updating now. Today's verse is Psalm 1:1. "Blessed is the man that walketh not in the counsel of the ungodly, nor standeth in the way of sinners, nor sitteth in the seat of the scornful." The verse is saying that a happy man will not fall into sin. He will stay away from the people who mock others. He won't hang out with people who are sinful. He will stay away from the ungodly. We should witness to the unsaved, but be careful not to let them drag you into sin. A fool is one who looks to the troublemakers for company. The wise stay away from them. We need to be kind to those who are unsaved, but we can't be so close to them that we are sinning with them. It is easier for an unsaved to drag a saved person into sin than a saved person to drag the unsaved person out of sin. Hate sin, but love the lost souls in it. Have compassion for the people without the blessing of salvation that you have received from God, but hate the sins that they do. It may seem confusing at first, but remember, those people don't have the Holy Spirit to guide them through their lives. Christians do. We must have a desire to spread God's word so others can be happy in the Lord. We need to spread the gospel so others can turn away from sin and become wise. Do you have that desire?
